When I first approached James to begin training, I was somewhat skeptical. I was afraid that I would not get the results that I craved. When James first talked with me about the schedule and the diet, I was taken aback because food was my kryptonite. After just the first couple weeks, however, I started seeing results. I had lost about 5 pounds and was feeling confident about my workouts. I'm not even at my peak and I am running, lifting, and looking better than I did in college.
Throughout the process, I had the most trouble with sticking to the diet. I love food and cutting back was tough! Later, when I realized that I could enjoy foods in smaller portions and still make gains and get the results from my workouts, I started finding a rhythm and really enjoying the everyday grind in the gym. Now, I'm glad I went through the process. James was there all the way. He kept me motivated and pushed me to be stronger. Our workouts were great, and James knew exactly where to push me everyday, even when I was not feeling up to the workout.
I feel great, I feel strong, and now I know that I can train hard and keep looking and feeling great.
