The life of a personal trainer is great. As a personal trainer, I'm helping people change their lives on a daily basis. I motivate and inspire my clients to achieve their goals, whether it's getting healthy or looking their best. I don't like failure, so I don't fail. My work ethic is one of my strongest traits.
The length of a typical training session is fifty-five to sixty minutes. We'll talk about nutrition and I'll teach you exercises that you can do at home, or at the gym. The type of exercises will be based on your skill level and goals. I'll put together an exercise program that features different progressions and regressions.
